MARA BUSH CAMP - PRIVATE WING

The Mara Bush Camp- Private Wing boasts one of the best and most spectacular locations in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The tented camp is located on the banks of the seasonal Olare Orok River overlooking a large hippo pool. A short five minute drive from the Ol Kiombo air strip, the Mara Bush Camp- Private Wing is an ideal place to stay during your Maasai Mara safari.

Maasai Mara is host to the annual wildebeest migration between July and October. The migration features over a million animals, including wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle crossing from the the Serengeti to the Mara Eco-system. Mara Bush Camp-Private Wing guests can witness the spectacle of herds crossing minutes from the lodge. Enjoy an evening beverage around the campfire and mingle with other guests after an amazing day of game viewing

The Mara Bush Camp - Private Wing is located in the central Masai Mara. Not so far from the Olare Oruk river, a tributary of the larger Talek River. Accommodation

With only 12 luxury tents, Mara Bush Camp - Private Wing offers the desired exclusivity for guests who are looking for maximum privacy. The camp's bar/lounge is cozy and offers an array of classic cocktails. Laptops and camera batteries can be charged at the station in the camp's Photo Lounge. All guest tents (including the camp's two family tents) were designed with great attention to detail. Mahogany furniture and luxurious soft furnishings offer the desired comfort in a luxury camp with a "bush feeling".

From Nairobi - about 1 hour by flight from Wilson Airport.

From Mombasa - about 2.5 hours by flight from Mombasa Airport or Ukunda.

The Mara Bush Camp - Private Wing is situated just 10 minutes from the Olkiombo airstrip. Airlines such as Safari link, Air Kenya and Mombasa Air fly daily to Masai Mara.


Mara Bush Camp-Private Wing is roughly 6-7 hours by road from Nairobi. Motorists drive through the town of Narok to get to the central Masai Mara.
